We take great care in delivering your favorite candles to you. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Processing orders usually takes 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-4 days for your products to be delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with an unused product, please contact us directly to arrange a return or exchange. We will assist you in processing the return and issuing a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If product is damaged during shipment or an order mistake has occurred, please submit photographic proof to Douce Haus within 72 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. ​
